Name Email Phone Number QUALFICATIONS FOR OCCUPANCY All persons 18 years of age or older must complete an application. All applicants must meet the following minimum rental criteria. Total combined gross monthly income must be at three (3) times the amount of monthly rent (e.g. $700 monthly rent x 3 = $2,100 monthly income). Three years of positive rental history. All rental history must be verifiable. No unlawful detainers/evictions Credit Worthiness: A FICO score of no less than 600 and verifiable household income to support and meet the financial obligations of the unit. No open bankruptcies. Clear criminal background No pets allowed. No smoking in units allowed No section 8 A non-refundable application fee of $35 is charged per person, fee must be paid at time of application. False or misleading application information is grounds for immediate denial. Written notification of application approval or denial will be delivered to you via US Mail, Fax or Email. Income must be verifiable in writing, which may include a pay stub, verification form on company letterhead, letter of benefit assignments or tax statements.
